The stabilizer used for PVC wood plastic production has compound lead salt stabilizer,organic tin,calcium zinc compound stabilizer,etc.The stabilizer used for wood plastics in the industry is generally composite lead salt stabilizer,which has the advantages of cheap price and good thermal stability.The disadvantage is toxic and not environmentally friendly.Because the lubricant in the composite lead salt stabilizer accounts for about 50%,if the lubricant added is all low melting point lubricant,it will affect the performance of the product.
The lubricant in the wood-plastic formula is generally composed of stearic acid,paraffin wax,calcium polythene wax stearate,etc.,according to the required proportion of the wood-plastic lubricant system.Stearic acid,paraffin wax is cheap but the melting point is too low(more than 50 degrees),polyethylene wax can reach the melting point of more than 80 degrees and will not reduce the product Vica.But in the purchase should pay attention to:many manufacturers of polyethylene wax,in order to reduce the cost,will use recycled PE material or add a certain proportion of stearic acid and paraffin,such polyethylene wax price is low,but will affect the performance of the product.
